You'll join Square's Outbound Team to bring our ecosystem to new sellers through full-cycle B2B sales and multi-product deal execution. Your core impact will be building and closing your own pipeline from scratch. You'll be a trusted advisor solving meaningful business challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach and targeted campaigns
  • Develop multi-product solutions tailored to each merchant
  • Conduct high-impact discovery, demos, and negotiations

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and net-new business creation
  • Experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals with longer sales cycles
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • SaaS or fintech industry experience
  • Experience in a hunter sales role
