• Lead and advance extended workforce program governance
• Develop country-specific compliance guidance
• Design compliance standards and controls
• Coordinate immigration and right-to-work compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in global workforce or employment compliance
• Experience operating across multiple countries
• Proven ability to build compliance programs in high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with VMS platforms (VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline)
• JD degree is a strong plus
