💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the reliability of Twenty's mission-critical platform in a restricted, air-gapped AWS environment at a government customer site. You'll define SLIs and SLOs, lead incident response, and serve as the technical link between on-site and the engineering team. This role offers deep technical ownership with direct impact on national security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, track, and report on SLIs and SLOs for platform services
• Lead incident response on-site and coordinate with engineering team
• Manage containerized services using Docker and Docker Compose
• Serve as primary technical interface between government customer and engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or production operations
• Proven experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and AWS services
• Experience working in government or defense environments with air-gapped deployments

• Experience with NATS or similar pub/sub messaging systems
