💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in the Central Reach data system. Two weeks of paid training help you earn your RBT certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and communication skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record session data in Central Reach system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification
• Background in child care
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
