• Manage and develop team executing competitive product strategies.
• Oversee global qualification process for multiple products across regions.
• Plan budgets and allocate support aligned with business priorities.
• Develop quarterly and annual goals meeting department objectives.
• Manage competitive program calendars and oversee prizing and rewards.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in esports, competitive gaming, events, or sports management.

• Experience with external international partners.
• Knowledge of competitive formats (single elimination, swiss, etc.).
