💼 About This Role

You'll respond to donor referrals, evaluate donor suitability, and coordinate organ recovery and distribution for Donor Network West. Your work supports organ and tissue donation efforts and provides care to donor families in a hybrid role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to donor referrals and conduct onsite hospital consultations.
• Assess donor medical suitability and document in electronic records.
• Coordinate organ placement per UNOS and organizational policies.
• Provide emotional support to donor families during the donation process.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, biologic sciences, or allied health field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within service area.
• Current vehicle insurance meeting state minimum requirements.
• Ability to perform donor evaluations and management without supervision.

✨ Nice to Have

• Registered Nursing (RN) degree preferred.
• Physician Assistant (PA) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience.
• Organ procurement organization (OPO) experience.
