You'll step into clients' days, identify work they shouldn't be doing, and extract it quickly through live shadowing sessions and digital audits. You'll turn messy routines into delegated systems, often within 48 hours of signup. This hands-on, client-facing role is for people who enjoy moving fast and turning ambiguity into action.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead live client shadowing sessions to extract work in real time
• Identify high-pain, high-impact tasks without waiting for client direction
• Convert messy workflows, brain dumps, and recordings into clean SOPs
• Audit inboxes, calendars, and digital tools to uncover instant delegation wins

📋 Requirements

• Experience in client-facing operations or virtual assistance
• Ability to extract and systematize workflows from live sessions
• Comfort working in-office with a VA Bench for tight handoff
• Skill in translating voice notes and messages into executable tasks
