🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytical strategy across the marketing funnel.
• Lead product analytics for onboarding and early member engagement.
• Design and lead experimentation and causal inference programs.
• Build and maintain dbt data models for marketing and product domains.
• Drive executive-ready narratives on growth performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in data science or analytics focused on growth.
• Deep expertise in experimentation design and causal inference.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience building dbt models and data marts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Fluency with AI-native analytical tools.
