💼 About This Role

You'll lead data center delivery projects in Australia, embedding with teams to ensure the fastest possible schedule while maintaining safety and quality. You'll validate deal readiness and coordinate complex stakeholder relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape AI infrastructure at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from LOI through lease execution
• Partner with landlords and developers post-deal as primary point of contact
• Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions during development
• Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with networking and deployment teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of site leadership managing data center delivery in Australia
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data center development process
• Experience with Australian data center design and construction norms
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without external consultation

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements like high-density power and cooling
• Leadership roles (General Superintendent, Project Manager) on hyperscale data center projects
• Familiarity with lease negotiations and construction contracts
