💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of automation solutions for large-scale health systems and enterprise partners. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor and project lead, managing end-to-end implementations from pre-sale to expansion. This role directly influences Tennr's go-to-market and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery to post-go-live
• Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
• Design scalable solutions using Tennr's platform and APIs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with workflow automation or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
• Background in consulting or solution architecture
• Experience in startup environments
