- Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable leading from the floor
- Ability to keep teams aligned and performing at high level
- Evening shift availability required
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor reconditioning line (Inspection, Mechanical, Bodyshop, Detail, QC, Merchandising)
- Identify bottlenecks and reallocate labor in real-time
- Optimize workflows for efficiency
- Provide real-time feedback and technical mentorship to crew
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean workspace
