💼 About This Role

You'll build Geotab's internal machine learning and generative AI platform, enabling data scientists and AI developers to explore, train, and deploy ML models and GenAI agents in production. You'll implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure AI platform infrastructure health and enrich big data with telematics data at scale. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure in a global IoT leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain ML platforms for models and GenAI applications.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for AI platform infrastructure.
• Enrich big data with telematics data at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design infrastructure solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Python 3 development for production systems.
• 3-5 years experience with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 1-5 years experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of fine-tuning and self-hosting vision LLMs.
• Experience with OpenSpec, Ralph, Agent Sandbox, Sourcegraph.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (Ray, VertexAI, Bedrock) and Big Data (BigQuery).
