Description

You will lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver factories, labs, and secure spaces that enable the rapid production of advanced defense technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction management experience
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project setup
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes
• Competency in CPM scheduling and contract administration

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and generate cost estimates for construction projects
• Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects
• Implement contracting strategies to align incentives and reduce disputes
• Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee external project management teams and maintain contractor/vendor relationships
