🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage Grok models for candidate selection and ranking.
• Own auction and campaign optimization systems.
• Drive creative generation and advertiser experience.
• Operate systems that handle high-throughput ad traffic.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in AI-powered advertising products.
• Experience with large-scale, high-throughput systems.
• Proven ability to build and operate production ad systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and prioritization skills.
