Description

You will process specialized orders, including product samples and corporate gifts, by operating internal systems, communicating with leadership, measuring garments, and using a sewing machine. You'll also handle customer inquiries, maintain records, and assemble swatch samples.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, identify colors, sizes, and SKUs
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate systems like High Jump and Ody to process specialized orders
• Communicate with leadership and coworkers to ensure accurate order processing
• Measure garments and operate sewing machine for special orders
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain records, research errors, and assemble color swatch samples
