Description

As a Vehicle Inspection Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing the flow of vehicles and ensuring production and quality goals are met. You will coach and develop your team, resolve conflicts, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varied environment

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; coach and develop team members
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards
• Train production associates on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks
