💼 About This Role

You'll lead the configuration and deployment of StarCompliance's web-based compliance automation software for financial services clients. You'll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to drive successful implementations. This role offers the chance to travel to client sites and shape delivery best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and documentation of client configuration requirements.
• Configure StarCompliance application per agreed specifications.
• Deliver client training sessions and support platform rollout.
• Facilitate user feedback sessions to identify improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant role.
• Engaging client business users, technical teams, and senior executives.
• Strong analytical and requirements gathering skills.
• Hands-on experience migrating clients from legacy or third-party solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, FCA or SMCR frameworks advantageous.

🚩 Heads Up

• Travel to client site may be required, despite remote designation.
• Role mixes BA and implementation consultant duties, potentially overloading.
