💼 About This Role

You'll own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch, powering how patients enter our ecosystem. You'll work directly with founders on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design system architecture and foundational technical decisions
• Build the first version of the onboarding platform hands-on
• Own architecture end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
• Grow and mentor the engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack experience
• Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience
• Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases
• Proven experience building systems from scratch in production

• Experience with direct-to-consumer platforms
• Experience with Stripe payment processors
• Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely
