Description

You will be a foundational member of the people team, leading full-cycle executive searches for Controller and Accounting roles across the Cobalt ecosystem. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, and build processes to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with Accounting leadership roles
• Exposure to private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a strong plus
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
• Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics

Responsibilities

• Run full desk of Accounting/Finance executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand leadership needs and provide strategic hiring guidance
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to build relationships with hard-to-access talent pools
• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex dynamics
• Build processes and implement recruiting systems and best practices
