You'll lead a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers to drive retention and growth for top employers on the Handshake network. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of 6+ Strategic Customer Success Managers to achieve client goals
  • Drive team to meet and exceed quarterly GDR quota
  • Maintain relationships with executives at largest partners
  • Assist team with renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn mitigation

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years SaaS enterprise CSM or post-sales experience
  • 3+ years managing a team of individual contributors
  • Proven track record of hitting individual and team goals
  • Experience preparing renewal proposals and forecasting

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with evangelical sales to Fortune 500 executives
  • Experience building processes and identifying gaps
  • Ability to use data to demonstrate value
