You'll own and drive high-priority people analytics initiatives that influence talent strategy at Upwork. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights. This role offers the chance to operate as a strategic thought partner influencing executive-level decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end people analytics initiatives from framing to executive presentation.
• Design scalable data models for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and champion AI/ML tools to surface workforce insights.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in People Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM reports and calculated fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
• Experience with AI tools like LLMs or GitHub Copilot.

• Experience with Qualtrics and Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling for attrition or hiring.
