You'll manage bankruptcy case notifications and filings, coordinating with counsel and trustees to ensure compliance with U.S. bankruptcy laws for a fintech company focused on fair credit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor bankruptcy notifications from filing through discharge.
• Prepare Proof of Claims and Reaffirmation Agreements.
• Update internal systems to restrict collections activities.
• Coordinate with counsel and trustees to resolve outstanding issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of bankruptcy processing or legal clerking experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapters 7 and 13.
• Proficiency with PACER and NDC software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Chapter 11 cases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
