🎯 What You'll Do

• Train and improve ML models across datasets and tasks
• Analyze loss curves and gradients to diagnose failures
• Work on transformer models, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Build reusable experimentation and training workflows

📋 Requirements

• Strong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning
• Hands-on experience training models in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Ability to diagnose overfitting, gradient issues, and data leakage
• Strong understanding of probability and statistics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience training or fine-tuning transformer models or LLMs
• Familiarity with Weights & Biases, MLflow, or distributed training
• Exposure to NLP, generative AI, or multimodal systems
