🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare design calculations and plans for various design projects
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Oversee project lifecycle from preliminary design through construction
• Mentor less experienced engineering professionals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with water resources focus
• Professional Engineer license in Wisconsin
• Experience working on WISDOT projects
• Minimum 12 years of progressive water resources experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water resources permits (USCG, USACE, NPDES)
• Previous project management experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets
• Experience leading multi-disciplined project teams
