💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement AI-enabled automations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integrate across Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and GitHub. As a key member of a small, fast-moving team, your work will directly impact how we scale and automate internal operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and scale MCP for secure AI workflows across SaaS tools.
• Build automations for onboarding, provisioning, and data lifecycle management.
• Develop reusable modules for identity sync and AI-to-API orchestration.
• Enforce role-based access controls and SAML/SSO integrations with InfoSec.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in software or systems engineering.
• Direct experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or custom frameworks.
• Proven ability to design AI-assisted automations on real business data with safeguards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Step Functions.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and LLM providers like Claude.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and open-source practices.
