Description

You will lead and support a team of Product Managers, ensure delivery excellence on enterprise commerce engagements, and step into hands-on client work. This role maintains momentum and quality during a maternity leave backfill without driving major practice transformation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Product Managers in consulting or agency environment
• Accountable for delivery health, scope integrity, and client outcomes across multiple enterprise engagements
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with executive-level clients
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Commercially aware with exposure to pre-sales, scoping, and margin protection

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–10 Product Managers
• Conduct regular check-ins, feedback, and performance management
• Ensure alignment with established practices, tools, and ways of working
• Act as escalation point for PM-related delivery risks and client concerns
• Carry a billability target of 30–50% through direct client engagement
