💼 About This Role

You'll own the go-to-market strategy for our consumer social commerce product, driving U.S. market expansion through TikTok-native growth loops and creator partnerships. This is a builder role—running campaigns, testing channels, and building repeatable playbooks.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead GTM execution for U.S. market expansion
  • Design and run experiments across TikTok, IG Reels, and paid social
  • Manage creator campaigns and affiliate activations on TikTok
  • Collaborate with Product and Ops to align marketing with product launches

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of growth marketing or GTM experience in consumer apps
  • Proven track record of expanding into the U.S. market
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok marketing tools (ads manager, creator marketplace)
  • Data-driven skills to build dashboards and measure funnel metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with viral loops and referral programs
  • Startup mindset and willingness to travel to Indonesia HQ
