💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full payroll cycle for Luno's global entities, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. You'll partner with the Finance team and third-party providers to maintain compliance and audit-ready payroll operations. This role offers the opportunity to scale payroll processes across 40+ countries with a supportive People Operations team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full payroll cycle for all regional entities
• Distribute salary payments in accordance with payroll calendar
• Ensure compliance with statutory bodies (SARS, HMRC, etc.)
• Maintain payroll systems and governance for accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years specialised payroll experience
• 5+ years of PaySpace experience
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• Experience managing payroll headcount of 500+ across locations

✨ Nice to Have

• Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Payroll
• Payroll exposure in UK and/or South East Asian markets
