You'll design and deploy production AI systems for secure and distributed environments in the public sector, transforming research prototypes into scalable, reliable systems across cloud and edge hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• Productionize AI models from research prototypes into scalable systems.
• Engineer adaptive ML systems with LoRA, PEFT, and on-device inference.
• Implement model optimization techniques like quantization and pruning.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with vector database integration.

📋 Requirements

• Active US Security clearance
• 4+ years experience in applied AI or ML engineering.
• Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience deploying AI models across cloud, edge, and mobile environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with edge AI, federated learning, or offline inference.
• Understanding of AI governance and compliance for public sector.
• Experience integrating models into distributed systems or microservices.
