You'll act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategy and organizational effectiveness for a fast-growing, AI-powered hospitality technology company. You'll drive leadership capability and employee relations across EMEA, with significant responsibility for regional employment compliance in Spain. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic HRBP for global business units.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion.
• Oversee regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.

📋 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law including CBAs and equality plans.
• Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across multiple EMEA countries.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday and HR analytics tools.
• Experience in remote-first, high-growth global organizations.
• Familiarity with GTM or customer-facing business functions.
