Description

You will lead the technical direction for the APAC Multi-Product Platform division, owning the full customer journey from demo to onboarding and beyond. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to shape the roadmap, make critical architectural decisions, and build the foundation for tens of thousands of users.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience designing and building web and distributed applications deployed across multiple data centers.
• 2+ years at staff level with a track record of working across teams, mentoring senior engineers, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-quarter, customer-facing projects from inception to stable operation.
• Strong experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Deep opinions on technical excellence spanning design, development, code quality, testing, debugging, and production operations.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, raising the technical bar and helping individuals grow.
• Drive the evolution of the Abnormal customer journey as we expand into international markets, enter the public sector, and serve new market segments.
• Own and develop complex, customer-facing features that simplify the Abnormal experience for large organizations.
• Define and uphold SLAs for our systems while maintaining a high standard for operational excellence.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Shape a team culture that engineers are proud of and a positive hiring process.
