💼 About This Role

You'll lead compensation strategy and governance for a publicly traded adtech company. You'll own job architecture, salary bands, and equity cycles while partnering with Finance and Talent Acquisition. This role offers the chance to modernize a high-growth company's Total Rewards function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain compensation philosophy and governance model.
  • Lead compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) with cross-functional teams.
  • Own headcount planning, reforecasts, and scenario modeling with Finance.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Deep expertise in comp strategy and job architecture.
  • Strong understanding of benefits strategy and vendor management.
  • Proven experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ChartHop, ADP, or Greenhouse.
  • Experience in a growth-oriented environment with evolving structures.
