Requirements
- 10+ years of Labor sales management and relationships
- 10+ years of sales team leadership management experience
- Expertise in healthcare, health benefits, digital solutions, or disease management
- Startup or digital point solution experience preferred
- Established network of professional contacts in the benefits or wellness space
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals
- Motivate and guide a sales team of direct reports to excel
- Meet or exceed team objectives/quota of $8M+ annually
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for compelling presentations
- Develop intra-company relationships and facilitate smooth transitions to Customer Success
