Description

You will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities such as household chores, meal preparation, recreational and learning activities, and physical fitness. You will represent their needs and interests, and contribute to program planning and implementation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily activities including household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities
