You will lead the 3D discipline for Teamfight Tactics cosmetics, guiding exploration and execution of character and environment content. You'll mentor your team, set quality bars, and collaborate with cross-functional leads to align vision and priorities.

• Broad knowledge of art, craft, technique, and people management
• Experience leading a 3D team and setting quality bars
• Ability to mentor and level-up artist skills
• Collaborative mindset working with product leads and stakeholders
• Experience in managing external teams and production pipelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for quality of team's 3D work
• Provide craft direction and support throughout 3D production process
• Balance visual satisfaction with gameplay clarity
• Build world-class team by sourcing AAA 3D artists in China and developing their skills
• Drive and improve rituals for high-quality craft delivery and efficient team growth
