You'll own end-to-end integrations with social media APIs (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) for a creator economy platform. Your work directly impacts product reliability and scalability. This role offers high autonomy in designing connector frameworks and managing platform API risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production integrations with YouTube, Meta, and TikTok APIs.
• Design a Connector framework for normalized data access across platforms.
• Operate connectors: monitor health, rotate credentials, handle rate limits.
• Build graceful degradation paths for failing platform APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js or TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Shipped a production integration with YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, or TikTok API.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, token rotation, rate limiting, and retry strategies.
• Experience with a background job system like Inngest, BullMQ, or Sidekiq.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with creator-economy tools or third-party APIs (Stripe, Twilio).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, Grafana).
• Comfort with Postgres tuning, Supabase/Neon, AWS/Cloudflare.
