💼 About This Role

You'll lead the GTM Operations function in a high-growth SaaS startup, building scalable systems and processes for predictable revenue growth. You'll own forecasting, pipeline governance, and GTM tech stack evolution while managing two direct reports. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical execution in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end GTM operations defining execution cadence and prioritization frameworks
• Manage and develop two direct reports overseeing GTM systems, analytics, and field operations
• Own forecasting and pipeline governance processes ensuring revenue predictability
• Drive transition from manual workflows to scalable automated GTM processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience in a direct people leadership role managing and developing teams
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, system integrations, data flows, and automation
• Experience building or scaling marketing operations systems using HubSpot or similar platforms

• Strong expertise in reporting and analytics design, data models, and scalable reporting systems
