📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, sales, or related fields.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
