Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years managing high-performing teams in product-driven or startup environment
• Strong technical foundation for architectural discussions and guiding technical strategy
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, passion for developing engineers' careers
• Strategic collaborator with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex cross-functional initiatives spanning product verticals and foundational systems
• Define team-level technical strategies for long-term scalability and reliability
• Scale engineering organization through hiring, onboarding, and organizational design
• Optimize engineering processes like sprint planning, code review standards, and incident management
