You'll own how Neko communicates its proposition from first touchpoint to booking, translating data-driven preventative healthcare into urgent, accessible narratives. You'll build messaging frameworks and content strategies across acquisition channels, working with product, demand, and clinical teams to make proactive care feel worth it.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and own the prospective member messaging framework
- Own and iterate acquisition content strategy
- Build a library of acquisition assets and channel-specific copy
- Partner with brand and social on awareness campaigns
- Embed Medical/Legal/Regulatory review into all workflows
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years in product marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Experience working in close collaboration with product teams
- Track record of developing and owning messaging frameworks
- Familiarity with organic and paid acquisition channels

- Experience in regulated or claim-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with the US market
- AI tool fluency
