💼 About This Role

You'll provide world-class customer support to Hootsuite Ecommerce customers via email, phone, chat, and social media. You'll troubleshoot issues, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires you to be within commuting distance of Bucharest, Romania.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers via email, phone, chat, and social media
• Troubleshoot and differentiate product vs non-product issues
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and churn prevention
• Maintain KPIs including QA, CSAT, and productivity

📋 Requirements

• Fully fluent in English
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
• Knowledge of social networking industry and social analytics
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite
