💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruitment at Infisical, a fast-growing open source security startup. You'll help scale the team by sourcing and closing top-tier talent across engineering, product, and GTM. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape hiring strategy from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates using creative strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across functions
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout process

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience including technical recruiting
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
• Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and employer branding

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Experience with Ashby ATS or similar tools
