💼 About This Role

You'll partner cross-functionally to design and implement developer productivity and engineering enablement tools. Your core impact will be building scalable Python-based systems and integrating AI-assisted development workflows into daily engineering practice. This role also involves creating tooling for report generation, test dashboards, and system observability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal tooling for report generation and test dashboards.
• Integrate AI-assisted development workflows including prompt engineering.
• Create scalable Python-based systems with modern best practices.
• Troubleshoot software defects and tooling gaps across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software design and development of tools and automation.
• Strong professional proficiency in Python with hands-on tooling experience.
• Experience applying AI-based code generation in practical engineering environments.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Pytest.
• Experience with hardware protocols like I2C, SPI, USB, and JTAG.
