Requirements

• 3+ years of talent management experience at a reputable firm or agency
• Demonstrated success managing digital creators, influencers, or artists with strong social presence
• Highly strategic, organized, and able to balance creative instincts with business goals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across brand partnerships, endorsements, licensing, media, and speaking
• Serve as primary point of contact for talent, brand partners, publicists, and legal representatives
• Develop and pitch creative strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives
• Guide clients on content strategy, career planning, and brand building across digital and traditional platforms
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape in the creator economy
