You'll support the employee lifecycle for Preply's Ukraine team, ensuring accurate administration and compliance with local labor law. Your work will directly impact the experience of employees across the organization. This role offers exposure to global HR operations and relocation support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes for Ukraine employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance
• Provide administrative support for relocation cases
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration
• Good understanding of Ukrainian labor law basics
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English
• Comfortable working with HR systems and documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting relocation or mobility processes
• Familiarity with HR tools like Deel or HRIS platforms
• Experience in an international or remote environment
