💼 About This Role

You'll lead the financial systems strategy for a biotech AI platform used by over 200,000 scientists. You'll own the stack end-to-end, driving optimization and integration of Netsuite, Salesforce, and other critical applications. This role reports to the CAO and offers the chance to shape finance scalability at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set 12-24 month strategy and own the finance systems stack
• Optimize and integrate core Finance applications (ERP, procurement, reporting)
• Oversee Netsuite and its integrations with other systems
• Partner with Finance and IT to redesign processes and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Finance systems ownership and/or administration
• Proven roadmap ownership from strategy to launch at $100M–$500M+ ARR scale
• Deep hands-on experience optimizing and integrating Netsuite (must) and Salesforce (nice to have)
• Experience with SOX compliance, data governance, user access controls, and audit trails
