💼 About This Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution and management of our Records Retrieval Team. Your work will directly accelerate how quickly law firms settle and healthcare practices deliver care. You'll help shape the team from the ground up: hiring, training, process design, and performance tracking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs
• Define and track performance of the Records Team
• Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency
• Design internal processes and SOPs used daily

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset
• Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch
• Technical or technical-adjacent: able to build automations and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zapier, Retool, or similar tools
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
