Description

In this role, you will use your healthcare and product knowledge to implement InterSystems products effectively. You will become an expert resource, advising customers on how to adopt the standard solution to maximize benefits while minimizing customization. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Billing/PAS module of TrakCare.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in UK healthcare PAS processes
• In-depth knowledge of billing rules and workflows in UK private and public hospitals
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• Experience conducting customer training, workshops, or presentations
• Experience writing functional documents

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer processes and identify gaps
• Lead solution presentations and customer workshops
• Produce documentation: business requirements, solution design, validation scripts
• Configure system, validate data migration, and support customer validation
• Train customer trainers and provide go-live support
