💼 About This Role

You'll join Tapcart's Content team to own the component library and UI blocks used by millions of shoppers daily. You'll deliver end-to-end features from prototype to production, designing patterns that keep apps fast and scalable. You'll collaborate with product and design to build AI-enhanced productivity tools for mobile app development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain a reusable, type-safe React/Next.js component system
• Prototype new UI features in weekly sprints and iterate with merchants
• Optimize bundle size, server-side rendering, and WCAG compliance
• Build CLI and CI tooling for external developers to extend the product

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years full-stack development with React Native, React+Next.js (TypeScript)
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Ability to ship production-ready code in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Shopify or ecommerce experience
• GraphQL experience
• Background in UX, product, or design critique
