Description

You will lead end-to-end production operations in Monroe, CT, aligning capacity and inventory with demand forecasts. You'll manage the production team, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements to workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in production or operations management
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar
• Technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, system imaging, and device configuration
• Working knowledge of Bash scripting and/or Windows batch scripting

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production team to ensure consistent execution of operations and safety standards
• Provide leadership updates on production performance, capacity, and risks
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to align schedules, forecasts, and inventory targets
• Improve workflow efficiency by monitoring processes and implementing continuous improvements
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant work environment and enforce quality standards
